NAEYC:

childhood care and education and to stay informed
through continuing education and training.

DEC:
We shall demonstrate in our behavior and language respect and appreciation for the unique value
and human potential of each child.
http://www.dec-sped.org/uploads/docs/about_dec/position_concept_papers/Code%20of%20Ethics_updated_Aug2009.pdf

I chose these two because we must demonstrate at all times in our behavior  and language as professionals the respect and appreciation for the unique value and human potential of each child. We must also stay on top of our knowledge as educators and continue getting knowledge so that we can grow and help others.

Famous Quotes

I chose this quote because when a person is born they are born free, but through the obstacles in life you have rules and regulations to follow so you are binded and limited to the things that you are capable of doing.
Quote: Man is born free, yet he is everywhere in chains.
Jean Jacques Rousseau

I chose this quote because because some people are slaves within themselves because you may lose everything in life and be in bondage, but then when you have the chance to come up in life you give up and just dont want to try any more.
Quote: Slaves lose everything in their chains, even the desire of escaping from them.
Jean Jacques Rousseau

I chose this quote because while you are in deep thought about things accommodation does remain on the surface of physical as well as social experience throughtout the course of life journeys.
Quote: "During the earlist stages of thought accomodation remains on the surface of physical as well as social experience."
Jean Piaget

Louise Derman Sparks
Her passion and love for children is great. She loves what she does and she also stated that "Children's preschool years are the most critical years". They are the most critical years because it can make or break the child.
